Amy Winehouse returned to the limelight on BBC's hit show Strictly Come Dancing last Saturday, boasting a stunning curvy figure that sources close to the singer are suggesting may be due to cosmetic surgery. The 26-year-old singer has reportedly battled with heroin addiction, but the Mirror reports that Amy's TV comeback follows the star's return to full health. Taking to the stage on Saturday to provide backing vocals for her 13-year-old goddaughter Dionne Bromfield, it was clear that Amy's confidence has improved, as she showed off her new 32D breasts in a tight-fitting white tank top with a black sports bra. Amy is reported to have spent 15,000 on her breast enlargement to restore her 32D breasts after years of illness saw them shrink to a 32B. A source close to the singer stated: "She looks amazing, like a new woman. "We all feared shed fallen off the wagon when she came in. Then we saw her bouncing around with these huge boobs which stand out as shes so tiny and skinny." Amy spent seven months earlier this year on a relaxing break in St. Lucia to regain her health, which reportedly cost the singer $14 million, indicating that her expensive lifestyle will demand more time in the limelight yet. A source confirmed: "Amys voice has made her a fortune, but her lifestyle costs a lot to maintain. "There is still cash coming in from royalties. But a new album or tour would really help top up her coffers."
