To achieve younger looking skin experts say that what you put in your body is just as important as what you put on it.
Research has found that certain vitamins are not only great for the wellbeing of the body, but they also have a great effect on achieving younger looking skin and preventing wrinkles and lines.
Vitamin C is great for collagen production which plumps up the skin and skin repair, and when paired with vitamin E it keeps cells healthy and protects against the sun. Vitamin D is important for bones and helps keep a younger looking bone structure, while vitamin K helps reduce prominent bruising and veins which some women can struggle with.
