Woman gets self-confidence back after laser hair removal

A mum-of-three from the Canadian city of Calgary has spoken about how having laser hair surgery helped to transform her life. Danielle, who is in her early 30s, began to suffer from excessive hair growth on her face after giving birth to her first child. The situation got worse after having two more children and she was left with having to shave her face twice a day.According to a report by the Calgary Herald newspaper, it was after visiting a professional cosmetic surgery clinic that Danielle discovered laser hair removal. "I've never experienced anything that has worked so drastically," she said. "Before, I didn't look people in the eye. I looked down so they couldn't see the lower half of my face. I don't have to do that anymore." Danielle said she needed five or six treatments, but added that the procedure caused minimal discomfort. She said: "I used to be a make-up artist and worked to hide facial hair on women. I hope they read this and learn that laser treatments are an option, because facial hair can destroy your self-confidence. "It's like somebody waved a wand over my face and took 10 years of stress away and hair." See original article here: http://www.calgaryherald.com/life/fashion-beauty/About+face/7352702/story.html
