X Factor contestant chooses cosmetic surgery to boost confidence

She said: "I came face-to -face with Simon Cowell and told him that his comments had nearly wrecked my life. He told me, "That's not a nice thing I said". "He seemed really shocked how his comments had affected me. "Since then I've had laser treatment and liposuction and I've come back a new person." Simon - who is well known for his forthright opinions - is reported to have said that Miss Lee was now a good looking girl, and apologised for his earlier comments. According to The Daily Mail Miss Lee also said: "This year Cheryl Cole said my audition was fantastic and I'm really pleased I've come this far."
