If watching the highs and lows of Britain's Got Talent over the last few weeks has made me feel anything - apart from general excitement! - it's a reminder of how much more I love the X Factor. It's the perfect show to help you wind down after a jam packed summer and, although the audition stages are the episodes that make me laugh the most, I love that it helps really talented people finally realise their dreams.I know there's still a few months to go but I've just found out that, despite reported fallings out at the end of the last series, Dannii Minogue and Cheryl Cole are set to be on the same judging panel for the show year. Dannii has flown back from Australia and is getting a pay rise so that she's on the same wage as Cheryl - as of course she should be. Dannii started on the show back in 2007 and judged alongside Simon, Louis and Sharon Osbourne - who famously slammed celebs for not owning up to cosmetic surgery. But the feisty wife of rocker Ozzy didn't get on well with Dannii and said she'd leave at the end of the season, when she was then replaced by Cheryl. There were loads of rumours at the time that Dannii was uncomfortable about being put on the panel with a fellow judge who's so much younger (there's an eleven year age gap between the two) but Dannii looks stunning for 37. Apparently with a little help from cosmetic surgery, she had a boob job when she was younger and has used fillers since. The X-Factor will be back on our screens in August and I can't wait! Britain's Got Talent was certainly a roller coaster ride this year, but the X-Factor is still my favourite - I think it's the chemistry between the judges that really does it for me, although I do wonder if Botox-fan Simon Cowell ever has time for anything other than sitting behind one of those desks and saying nasty things.
