About Rhinoplasty in Birmingham

Rhinoplasty surgery or nose surgery (as it is commonly referred) is designed to change the shape and size of one’s nose. The treatment involves making small cuts along the nostrils, where the skin then expands or shrinks around the new shape.

Once the surgery is complete, you will need to wear a splint over your nose (usually for around 10 days) as part of the healing process. While the surgery itself is unlikely to create scarring, there will likely be moderate bruising and swelling around the nose and/or eyes once the splint is removed.

If you would like to discuss nose surgery treatments in more detail, visit our Birmingham rhinoplasty clinic for a free consultation.
