Where is our Brighton breast clinic?
For breast surgery by some of the most highly experienced surgeons in the south of England, pay a visit to our Brighton breast enhancement clinic.
Our clinic is located in the picturesque seaside resort of Brighton, on the south coast of England, part of Brighton and Hove, East Sussex.
Based opposite the historic St. Nicholas’ Church, our Brighton breast enlargement clinic takes in a small slice of the sunny southern coast – and has done so for more than 30 years. Along with traditional seaside fares, such as fish and chips and grand piers, here you’re well placed to enjoy the country’s most memorable live performances.
Less than ten minutes’ walk from our Brighton breast enlargement clinic is the Brighton Dome. Built in the early 19th-century, this theatre has worn many hats; initially used as a stable block, followed by a Victorian ice skating rink, and then a WW1 military hospital in the early 20th-century. It even hosted the Eurovision Song Contest in 1974, when Swedish icons ABBA won with "Waterloo". Today, top music acts, films, conferences and comedy stars take centre stage. The clinic is surrounded by hotels, B&Bs and is a short walk from the British Airways i360 Tower, Brighton Dome, Victoria Gardens and the peer.
Our Brighton breast enlargement clinic is close to some of the city’s most popular neighbourhoods, such as Edge Hill, Fairfield and Kensington.
We are excited to announce that have moved to a new location.
You can now find us within our sister clinic Sk;n.

Anna De Leo
Mr Simon Smith, Medical Director, The Harley Medical Group:
“The most popular surgical procedure breast related procedure is breast augmentation and after that there are other procedures including reductions and lifts (which are called mastopexy).
There are lots of things we have done to ensure patients having breast surgery have an optimal outcomes. First of all, several years ago we moved to using only Mentor Implants. Mentor are a subgroup of Johnson & Johnson. They have excellent data on the safety of their implants and they are FDA approved in the states.
There is huge support from Johnson & Johnson in terms of patient support, the guarantees that go with the implants, support for The Harley Medical Group as a company and the education for the staff and councillors in the clinic, to ensure everyone that everybody knows everything about the implants.
We use the Keller Funnel which is a very smooth delivery device, which lets you squeeze the implant out, a bit like icing out of an icing bag. It certainly gives you a smooth delivery and it sometimes lets you use a shorter incision to put the implant in and there is good data from the states to suggest might reduce capsular contracture rate when you put the implants in, which is one of the complications in the long term for implants. And because of that, although it is an extra cost, the company has decided if it does improve safety for our clients, we are very keen to use it.”
