I called in about repeat prescription cream last Thursday - was told I’d receive a call back the next day, as no nurse is in. By Weds of this week, I’d still not heard, so called in again myself. Only to find out, I should just discuss it at my next appointment (a week away), so see if it’s still required. Not much of an apology either.
This isn’t the first time I’ve had reason to complain. 18 months ago I was called by the wrong name and I’ve yet to be called for my appointment on time.
While I’m on here, I may as well also mention that I booked 3 x Promax sessions. Once if had my second one last week, I found out during the first session one vital piece of equipment wasn’t even used. No apology or explanation.
These reasons combined not only make me question why I’ve sought treatment at your clinic more than once but also unsure if I’d make recommendations. ...
