The Harley Medical Group is pleased to launch DermaQuest’s advanced skincare range.

The launch is part of a programme to invest in a greater range of non-surgical treatments, alongside a skincare range that continues to evolve, enabling The Harley Medical Group to be at the forefront of the most advanced and effective skincare technologies. The high-quality formulas in DermaQuest’s treatments and homecare products have been crafted and tailored to treat every level of skin concern, distress or desire that our clients may have.

We very much pride ourselves on the service and care we offer to our clients, and delivering the highest level of safety is paramount, without compromising on the incredible results any Harley Medical Group client has come to expect from us. The same ethos applies to the skincare we offer.


DELIVERY TIME:

At the moment, we only offer standard delivery of 2-3 business days after dispatch via Royal Mail tracked service.  However, we are looking at introducing other delivery options soon to suit your needs.


RETURNS POLICY

We hope that you are delighted with your order.  However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within thirty (30) days of your receipt of goods.  Please note that SALE items need to be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt.

Please return your package by recorded delivery to the address below with your dispatch note (retaining your recorded delivery as proof of postage).

We are unable to offer refunds, replacements or exchanges on any opened or used goods.

We will process your return as quickly as possible and will notify you by email once your refund, replacement or exchange has been processed. During busy periods please allow a maximum of 30 working days for you refund, replacement or exchange to be processed.

Your payment for the goods will be refunded by The Harley Medical Group through the original payment method.

All products may be returned if they are returned within thirty (30) days of the order placement or the receipt of the goods in an unopened condition in the original packaging.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

The Harley Medical Group will only post products to UK mainland.

Can I return the goods I have ordered?

How do I return an item?

Please follow these steps to obtain a refund:

  • Please return your package by recorded delivery to the address below (retaining your recorded delivery receipt as proof of postage)

What if I want to cancel my order?

In addition to our returns policy under the ‘distance selling regulations’ you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days from the date of receipt of the merchandise of you can send us a notice of cancelation in writing and return the merchandise to us.


Where is my refund?

If you have returned an item and are expecting a refund please allow 30 working days for it to appear on your card. We will send you an email to let you know when the refund has been processed.


Where do you deliver to?

Virtually all addresses in the UK and Republic of Ireland.

Please note:

  • All delivery timescales are subject to availability
  • Your order may be delivered in separate parcels, or by separate carriers
  • We cannot deliver overseas to PO Box and Channel Island addresses.

Allergies

Some of our products contain ingredients which are not suitable for people who have Nuts and Seeds, Aspirin or Mushroom allergies, or are not suitable whilst pregnant or lactating. Any product this applies to will have a message noted next to it.
