In this very difficult situation we appreciate your understanding and patience whilst we access all of our PIP patients’ medical files. To ensure that this is done as quickly as possible, we have implemented a separate team who are managing this as a top priority. We fully understand and appreciate the anxiety, concern and worry that you have and would like to assure you that everyone at the THMG is doing everything they can to help resolve this as fast as possible.
Whilst we have a dedicated specialist team dealing with the enquiries, due to the unprecedented volume this may still take a number of weeks. Please rest assured that if you have already submitted your information you do not need to resubmit it as we are already dealing with your enquiry.
