You will be one of four Managers (Business, Administration, Clinical and Customer Service) who each report into the General Manager at our flag ship Harley Street clinic. 

Your responsibility will be to drive the service throughout the clinic, using our customer service tool, whilst managing, coaching and supporting the entire team to ensure assigned objectives are fulfilled. The role will primarily split between handling the complaints along with providing training & coaching to the team. Ideally you will have a background in the beauty & healthcare industry. 
 
You will be focussing on maintaining exceptional levels of customer service whilst ensuring administrative efficiency at all times. Ultimately the role is to ensure that the customer gets a great experience whether it’s how we answer the phone, or in our reception area, whether it’s a first time consultation or one of our many treatments or preparing for surgery. 

As part of the management team at Harley Street the Customer Service Manager will share responsibility for Harley Street reaching its monthly takings and EBITDA budget and company KPI’s. 

You will either have successfully managed a clinic previously, or have experience in sales management. 
You should be able to manage difficult situations, work under pressure and have the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.
