Ideally you will have a background in the beauty or healthcare industry. You will either have successfully managed a clinic previously, or have experience in sales management.

A Registered Nurse qualification is an advantage but not essential for this role.

You should be able to manage difficult situations, work under pressure and have the ability to influence and negotiate at all levels.

We are looking for exceptional Aesthetic Practitioners to join our teams nationwide.

The role will involve:

  • Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care in accordance to specific cosmetic procedure manuals and protocols
  • Performing non-surgical treatments
  • Ensuring our patients receive the best possible care
  • Administering laser and/or aesthetic treatments and procedures
  • Chaperoning patients during surgical consultation appointments
  • Ensuring patient confidentiality
  • Occasionally covering reception, taking patient calls and inquiries

Call Centre (CSC) Advisor

ROLE PURPOSE

To work as part of a team to deliver excellent service to customers through the channels of their choice, whilst maximising sales opportunities. Support organisational success and growth by booking and maximising high quality appointments whilst ensuring a smooth customer journey.

This role is based in Birmingham.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES / CONTRIBUTION

  • Maximise sales opportunities by identifying customer needs and ensure these are met by providing appropriate solutions
  • Optimise enquiry to booking conversion rates, repeat booking and attendance rates by thoroughly screening enquiries, demonstrating excellent product knowledge, positively promoting THMG USP’s and overcoming objections to book quality clinic appointments for onward conversion.
  • Proactive, efficient response to customer enquiries via all communication mediums -incoming/outbound telephone calls, social media, web, email and post in accordance with agreed service levels.
  • Handle all internal and external enquiries with empathy and professionalism to provide exceptional customer service and promote a positive image of THMG brand.
  • Inform customers of the general suitability and implications of treatments so patients can make an informed decision that protects their safety and promotes a positive outcome.
  • Ensure a smooth journey for patients by liaising and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues throughout THMG; providing appropriate, accurate information as required. 
  • Ensure customers are treated in an ethical, compliant manner through vigilance and stringent adherence to internal and external policies and legislation.
  • Keep appropriate and detailed records of customer enquiries in accordance with GDPR and DPA guidelines. 
  • Process payments in strict accordance with legal requirements and internal processes
  • Meet individual, and contribute to team, KPIs, targets and all performance measures.
  • Maintain professional competence keeping up to date with product and service changes
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service by maintaining an awareness of improvement opportunities and where appropriate, sharing them with the CSC Manager.

 

ROLE CONTEXT

Reporting to the CSC Team Manager, working within a team of advisors to maximise quality appointments for THMG clinics across the UK.

 

RELATIONSHIP TO OTHER ROLES

  • Supporting clinics across the UK.
  • Feeding back ‘Voice of the Customer’ information to marketing and clinics.

 

SCALE

Work within a team of up to 30 advisors to support clinics across the UK.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
