Burcot Hall Hospital aims to provide the highest possible standard of patient care and aftercare. It maintains a relaxed and friendly atmosphere to provide a real home from home experience for patients. With patient care being at the forefront of everything, patients will receive nothing short of excellent care when undergoing cosmetic surgical and non surgical treatments by our highly experienced surgeons and the rest of the medical team during the entirety of the stay. 

Just a 30 minute drive south of Birmingham City Centre, the hospital is conveniently located for patients living in Birmingham and the West Midlands, and is close to both the M5 and M42 motorway networks. The hospital has great transport links for car, train, bus routes and is just a short taxi journey from Birmingham city centre, ensuring that it can be easily accessible to its patients and visitors.

Burcot Hall Hospital has 4 operating theatres. All of the 30 spacious bedrooms at Burcot Hall have private en-suites, complete with free Wi-Fi and Freeview TV so patients can have a comfortable and relaxed experience at the hospital.

Car Parking

Burcot Hall Hospital has adequate free car parking available for patients, relatives and visitors.

 

On Arrival

On arrival at the hospital, please report to reception to sign in. Please note that all patients who are due to have surgery should not eat before admission as advised by the nurse/practitioner.

 

During your stay at Burcot Hall Hospital 

Even if you are a day case patient we recommend you bring the following:

  • Nightwear, dressing gown and slippers.
  • If you are staying for a few days, you may also like to bring casual clothing to wear towards the end of your recuperation.
  • Personal toiletries (although items such as towels will be provided).
  • Books or magazines to read during your stay.
  • Any medication you are currently taking in the original labelled containers.
  • Please pass your medication in its original packaging/bottle to your nurse who will make sure that it is safe for you to carry on taking.

We strongly recommend that you do not bring any valuables, jewellery, large amounts of cash, credit cards or cheque book. If this is unavoidable there are personal safes in most of the patient bedrooms which you can use.  However, please note the Hospital cannot accept any responsibility for valuables kept on the premises.

 

Your Visitors

In order to maintain our high standards of care, the number of visitors permitted to accompany a patient are restricted to one only.  The purpose of this is to ensure that a quiet, safe and relaxed environment is maintained at all times.

All visitors must sign in at the Reception desk and wear the pass provided.  This is a safety requirement of the hospital and visitors not displaying their pass will be approached by staff. There is also a handy café available on site for visitors to use.
