- Jennifer Lopez – still looking fab at 46
Jennifer Lopez never looks short of amazing. With her enviable curves and stunning complexion, she could pass for half her age. And it’s all down to her diet apparently. She decided to switch to the Vegan 22 Day Plan after giving birth in an attempt to shift her last few stubborn pounds of baby weight, but her new regime made her feel so good and gave her so much more energy that she stuck to it.
- Salma Hayek – flawless skin at 49
Believe it or not, Salma Hayek is 49 years old – and doesn’t she look great? The star said: “I think because I look after my skin, I don’t abandon it, I don’t need to fix it with something really drastic really fast. I’ve been consistently disciplined in just the basics.” So how can you achieve skin like Salma’s? It’s simple really; stick to a diet of healthy fats and vegetables and do yoga to improve your posture.

Looking at images of Jennifer Aniston, it’s hard to believe she’s aged since starring in sitcom Friends 20 years ago. Her secret to a youthful complexion? Lots of exercise. She said: “I work out almost every day, at least five or six days a week, I do 40 minutes of cardio: spinning, running, the elliptical, or a combination of all three. Then I do Pilates one day a week, and I do yoga in addition to that, three days a week. I try to mix it up.”

Having struggled with Acne for many years, Cameron quit her fast food habit and adopted a healthier diet including plenty of fruit and vegetables. Contrary to many people, she’s not overly concerned about ageing, offering a refreshing perspective on the subject. “There is not a day that I want to be the same as I was the day before. I always want to be changing and I always want to be getting older and I always want to be getting wiser. And that to me is a privilege, ageing is a privilege,” she said.
