With her radiant skin and enviable curves, Jennifer Lopez has always been one of those celebrities every woman wants to look like. At 46 years old, the singer has a killer body and her skin is nothing short of flawless – but how does she do it?
In a recent interview, Jennifer revealed that she works hard to keep her body and skin in tip top condition – swearing by plenty of sleep, a healthy diet with no alcohol or coffee, and regular workouts with her two personal trainers.
She said: “I love a good nine or 10 hours [sleep], but I can never get that. So seven or eight is mandatory. [If I don’t get it] I just don’t feel right. I start feeling crazy, I get emotional and I feel tired all the time.”
When it comes to her diet, the star is a fan of dark green vegetables, ensuring her plate is full of asparagus, broccoli, Brussels sprouts and kale.
Jennifer is also serious about keeping her skin looking fantastic, commenting “I don’t drink or smoke or have caffeine. That really wrecks your skin as you get older.”
She avoids spending too much time in the sun, saying “I am rarely in the sun, but if I am, I wear a lot of sunscreen. I’ve never been one to take a lot of sun, which is why my skin has maintained itself.”
Whatever she’s doing, it’s certainly working because we think Jennifer looks great.
