While most people enjoying topping up their tan when it is sunny, the suns harmful ultra-violet rays are one of the main causes of premature ageing, so skin must always be protected with sunscreen, the news provider stated. Smoking and drinking alcohol are also bad for the skin while smoking limits the blood flow to the skin and makes it look dull, alcohol dehydrates it and makes it look pale.
