Tummy Tucks more popular than Breast Augmentation

Breast surgery has long been the most popular of all Cosmetic Surgery procedures – and while it’s still in top position, enquiries for Abdominoplasty surgery (Tummy Tucks) are up by a whopping 264 per cent.
The procedure involves removing excess skin from the patient’s abdomen to leave make the area firmer and tauter.
Private healthcare search engine WhatClinic.com released the figures, showing that getting a firmer stomach is becoming a greater concern for prospective Cosmetic Surgery patients.
Similarly, Lipoabdominoplasty was also confirmed to be popular, and involves a combination of Abdominoplasty and Liposuction to remove excess skin and fat from the patient’s abdomen. Enquiries for this procedure have increased by 172 per cent since Christmas, WhatClinic.com confirmed.
It was revealed that Arm Lifts are second on the list in terms of growth, with Cosmetic Surgery providers seeing more than three times as many enquiries for the procedure during the last six months.
Conversely, Butt Implants have experienced the least growth in 2015 with enquiries up by only 15 per cent.
